    • Outdoor Mart Responsibility: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Outdoor Mart will cover the return shipping costs.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges
